Between the city of Bremen and the North Sea coast lies a beautiful region of the Ammerland. Famous in nearly whole Europe for their nurseries and horse breeding. You cannot visit the Ammerland without trying the local food smoked eel. Served with the drink named "Ammerländer Löffeltrunk". Special but a real pleasure if you dive into the local traditions.
